The Pilates Reformer is the main apparatus that you will be working on which uses your own body weight to practice different poses and angles to engage your body in several ways. We also use several other complementary equipment to adjust the challenge of each workout such as springboard, straps, weighted balls,TRX and wunda chairs. Far from your average stretching class, Pilates will work every muscle in your body in ways you have never experienced before. Your instructor will be with you every step of the way while you familiarize yourself with the equipment and learn your way around the Pilates apparatus.

Yes, Drop-in classes are available at Fit Science Method! Memberships offer the lowest per-class price but we understand commitment can be scary. Please call or visit our studio for pricing and schedule

Every new participant will receive complimentary grips before their first class. It is recommended you also bring a reusable water bottle to hydrate during and after class.

We encourage newcomers to visit and enjoy a tour of our beautiful studio. A Fit Associate will explain the benefits of the many amenities Fit Science Method offers. Our studio features state-of-the-art equipment and services to complement your fitness journey.We believe in physical fitness is just the beginning. To achieve optimal health we also focus on recovery, pre and post excercise.

You can purchase and book into classes online or through our app. Simply click on schedules, select the studio of choice, create an online profile, purchase a package, and book into a class. You can only book into classes if you have purchased a class or a package – we do not have assign any machines.

We recommend booking early and often as classes do sell out!

Fit Science Method has a 12-hour cancellation policy. Our classes have limited capacity , late cancellations and no shows impact instructors as well as other Fit Members. The same rules apply if you are making a change to your class time after a 12 hour grace period. If you have a prepaid package, you will forfeit a class credit. If you have an unlimited membership, we will be charged $25 late charge every time you cancel or reschedule a class without giving the proper 12-hour notice.

You must sign into your account to make any cancellations or changes. You can only attend the time you are booked for, please do not show up at another time. We have a limited capacity and cannot accommodate extra members. You will be charged for both if you did not cancel in time.

Yes.as our class sizes are small and we give top priority to the clients who have arrived in the studio, on time. We value the experience each member has in our studio and arriving late is disruptive to the flow of the class. You are welcome to sign up for the next available class time.

All purchases are final, and are not transferable.

Children and pets are not allowed in the studio. It is unsafe, and a distraction for other clients and for you! Carve out those 50 minutes for yourself.

Fit Science Method does not operate a lost and found.You may contact the studio and inquire if any items were found, however we are responsible for personal belongings. Please make sure to take everything with you after class.
