Membership Cancellation Policy

A 30-day advance notice is required to cancel a membership. Cancellation requests must be submitted in person at the studio by completing the Membership Cancellation Form. One of our FSM team member will:

Record the reason for the cancellation in the designated section of the form.
Sign and date the form to finalize the process.
Provide the member with a copy of the completed form for their records.

Membership Freeze Policy

- A 30-day advance notice is required to initiate a freeze.
- Memberships can be placed on hold for up to three (3) months within a calendar year for any reason.
- A monthly freeze fee of $20 applies.
- Freezes must be scheduled in full-month increments and cannot be shorter than one month.
- Accounts with outstanding balances are not eligible for freezes.
